Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, timelines, and budgets.
  • Sales Presentations: Present company services, design concepts, and project capabilities clearly and convincingly to clients.
  • Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and guide them through the sales funnel to achieve successful project conversions.
  • Site Visits & Consultations: Coordinate and attend on-site meetings to assess project requirements and provide accurate information to the design team.
  • Coordination With Design Team: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the technical team to create proposals tailored to client expectations.
  • Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed proposals, estimates, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, competitor offerings, and pricing to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, sales activities, and monthly targets; share regular reports with management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure smooth onboarding of clients, address queries promptly, and maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Project Planning: Support the design and project management team in preparing project timelines, schedules, and work plans for residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, coordinating meetings, and ensuring client expectations are communicated clearly to the internal team.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and on-site contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, accurate execution of design plans, and smooth project workflow.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation including BOQs, purchase orders, site reports, progress updates, and material tracking logs.
  • Quality & Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, verify measurements, check quality of workmanship, and ensure tasks are completed as per approved drawings.
  • Material & Resource Management: Coordinate procurement, check material availability, follow up on orders, and ensure correct materials reach the site on time.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify project issues or delays and support the project manager in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design Team Support: Assist designers with sample coordination, site measurements, layout preparation, and ensuring design intent is accurately translated on-site.
  • Budget & Cost Tracking: Support the team in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure site activities follow company standards, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
